Ice Dub Minnow Back Shimmer Fringe is a special blend of Ice Dub fibers and Angel Hair that have been fused together at one end to form 3-1/2" wide strips. Separately, these two fly tying materials can be hard to manage when loose, so the brilliant folks at Hareline created these strips for ease of use and less mess at the fly tying bench. Unlike standard Shimmer Fringe which is one solid color, this Minnow Back version gives you a unique mixture of colors that add a realistic look and depth to your baitfish patterns. Use Ice Dub Minnow Back Shimmer Fringe for winging and fly bodies. Simply trim off a piece, tie it on your fly, add some eyes, and you've got a killer fly that's ready to fish.
