The Daiichi 1150 hook is a heavy wide gape hook that works great for nymphs, larvae, scud, shrimp, or bead-head flies. The heavier wire on this hook is preferred by anglers to give their flies more weight and strength.

Great Hooks!

I use the 1130 for everything from Stonefly nymphs, caddis pupa, and scuds to tiny midges and detached body mayflies. these hooks are strong, light, and don't result in very many lost hookups.
I've ordered them from size 10 all the way to size 24 and the hook consistency is impressive.
