The Stonfo Bobtec Bobbin is the newest edition to Stonfo's lineup. This thick-tube fly tying bobbin is made of stainless steel and features a unique thread tension slider, allowing for complete control while tying. The thick tube is excellent for larger predator and saltwater flies where a thicker thread is needed. It features a hardened steel tip with special coating, resulting in minimal thread fray. The Stonfo Bobtec Bobbin is perfectly balanced and extremely comfortable to tie with.

Great Fly Tying Bobbin for Saltwater Flies & Spinning Deer Hair

These Bobtec bobbins feel great in the hand. I use this particular model for tying saltwater flies and spinning deer hair. The larger tube allows me to use thicker threads to really crank down on my flies. Rock solid and built to last. Highly recommend anything by Stonfo, but especially their Bobtec line of bobbins.
